Consulting is purchased in 1 hour blocks, however we bill in 1 minute increments.
In the event that our appointment does not use up your pre-purchased minutes we will place a credit on your account that can be applied to future purchases of any of our products.
Fees are non-refundable. Once an appointment is scheduled, cancelations must be submitted via email at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Cancelations not submitted 48 hours prior to their scheduled time will be billed in full for the scheduled time.
If the actual time we spend with you exceeds your purchase amount the additional fees will be due at the time service is rendered.
Depending on your location we will schedule an appointment with you by phone or in person. Please note that in person visits will be billed travel time from our site to yours based on the Google Maps estimated drive time at full rate.
Consultations requiring travel outside of the Portland/Vancouver Metro area and/or lodging accomodations cannot be ordered using this option.
