Q. SPAM! How do I make it stop?
A. We offer 2 solutions to the problem of unsolicited email landing in your inbox - also known as SPAM.
Most of the hosting accounts we offer include an option called BoxTrapper. When enabled BoxTrapper will send an automatic reply when anyone sends email to you that says:

"The message you sent requires that you verify that you are a real live human being and not a spam source.
To complete this verification, simply reply to this message and leave the subject line intact.
The headers of the message sent from your address are show below:
***************************************
(this message can be edited). Once the sender replies to this email they will be allowed to send you email. If you have automatic whitelisting enabled they will not receive this email any more when sending to you. You can also add senders to your whitelist proactively so that they never have to receive this email.
Option number 2 is our Premium Spam filtering system. We have partnered with Postini to offer what we consider the most effective 3rd party spam filtering system on the market. After a year of research and testing we added this product to our services in early 2006. You can learn more about it HERE
