Q. Is my site backed up?
A. Yes. We run daily, weekly and monthly backups. This means that your data is backed up every day - each daily backup replaces what was there the day before. Therefore, you cannot "rollback" to say "two days ago". However, in the case of a major crisis you could possibly go back to a week ago. The main reason for our backups is so that we can move your site to a new server in case of a major problem. We operate on dual hard drives so if one fails we can switch over within minutes.
